Instructions
·       Start the process of configuring Gmail account with Outlook by launching the Outlook application in your system. When the Outlook window is opened in your screen, you need to click the option labeled Tools, followed by clicking the option labeled Accounts.
·       Next, you need to click the box named Internet Accounts and click the option labeled Add, followed by clicking Mail.
·       Now, you need to type the name that is needed to be displayed for the account you are creating. After that, click the button labeled Next.
·       The next step is to type the email address corresponding your Gmail account followed by clicking the button labeled Next.
·       Type the following information in the appropriate fields
o  Incoming Mail- pop.gmail.com
o  Outgoing mail- smtp.gmail.com
·       After that click the button labeled Next.
·       Now, you need to type your complete email address and its corresponding password in the appropriate field, followed by clicking the button labeled Next.
·       Next, click the button labeled Finish
·       Next step is specifying the server settings for your Gmail. For that, click the newly created account to highlight it, and click the option labeled Properties.
·       Click the tab labeled Servers and check the box that says My Server Requires Authentication, seen under the option labeled Outgoing Mail Server.

·       Click the tab labeled Advanced. After that, the This Server Requires a Secure SSL Connection box needs to be checked and type the below given information.
o  Outgoing Mail: 465
o  Incoming Mail: 995
·       Finally, click the button labeled Ok, followed by clicking the Exit option. Now, you have successfully configured your Gmail account within Outlook.
