Next step is to click on the sharing tab found in the Properties dialog box that you clicked open.

Make sure to check a tick mark in the small rectangular box against the option Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection.
Step 7
You have finished the procedure if you hit OK button now. Close the Control Panel window and start accessing internet from your home or personal computer.
Make sure you don’t forget to connect the ethernet cable as none of this is going to happen otherwise, how much ever you try.
